These terms are the agreement between your business and Carat Trade, Inc. (Miami, Florida), which operates mysafeOS. By creating an account or using mysafeOS, you agree to them. They’re written to be read.
Using mysafeOS
We give your business a personal, non-transferable right to use mysafeOS to run your business, for as long as your account is active. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software, or use it to break the law.
Your account
- Keep your password and two-step codes to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and the accounts you give your staff.
- The information you enter should be accurate and yours to use — including your clients’ details.
Your data
Everything your business puts into mysafeOS belongs to your business. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time.
QuickBooks, Shopify and other services
If you connect QuickBooks, Shopify or another service, your use of that service is also governed by its own terms. mysafeOS sends what you ask it to — invoices and payments to QuickBooks, listings to Shopify — but you remain responsible for your books, your taxes and your storefront. Check what arrives there; mysafeOS is not an accountant or a tax adviser.
Availability
We work to keep mysafeOS running and your records safe, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own backups — the export in Settings makes one in a single file.
Limits of responsibility
mysafeOS is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Carat Trade, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost sales), and its total liability for any claim is limited to what your business paid for mysafeOS in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using mysafeOS at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk; where we can, we’ll give notice and a chance to export your records first.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top and tell account owners. Continuing to use mysafeOS after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
